It's time to get to know what your body is telling you.
Your Body Feels Everything...
Your body knows when you are fearful, stressed out or anxious. It carries the difficult memories and experiences and holds on to unresolved emotions. On the other hand, your body also knows when everything is going well. You might feel peaceful, balanced or even full of energy and ready to soar. Connecting with your body and getting to know and listen to it allows you to access valuable information about decisions and situations, when we are disconnected we lose access to that voice being whispered to us.
